Victoria Andrenkova, Vice President (External Relations)

victoria.andrenkova@chch.ox.ac.uk

Victoria has emerged from her shady past as a Classicist to enjoy freedom as a second-year English Literature undergraduate at Christ Church. Originally hailing from Siberia, Russia, she now lives in rural Shropshire hills - but escapes as often as she can to globe trot around the world, sampling sushi and siestas. Next on the map: Israel, Venice and Quito!

Professionally, she is interested in journalism and currently writes for 'the Oxford Student', 'Etc.' literary supplement in 'the Cherwell' and 'Tone' - OxWIP's very own magazine. However, she loves teaching and communication and has taught EFL in London, Paris and Malaysia. Most frequently, she is tutor in English to Japanese students and is in love with all things 'Nihonjin'!

Essentially, Victoria is a good-time girl, in love with shisha, sunshine and the sea. She was previously Events Co-ordinator and has invited to speak the editor of Vogue.com, featuring a fabulous fashion show sponsored by HOBBs, as well as being Ball Co-President for a number of other societies. She is now happy in her role as External Relations and Sponsorship VP, aiming to give you the best sponsors with the funding to provide more of the same.

See you by the strawberries and champagne!
